Implements a wrapper around covercrypt that can also be instantiated to a Pre-Quantum, Post-Quantum and Hybridized KEM and PKE.
In order to provide a uniform interface, enumerations are used for each one of the KEM encapsulation, encapsulation key and decapsulation key. The implementation of the wrapper KEM dispatches on those types to proceed with the correct underlying KEM primitive.
This allows having a uniform interface for all KEMs (and derive a PKE from it), but reduces the static safety as: concrete types of the keys and encapsulation is known at runtime an in case of the ABE member, master and user secret keys can only be told apart at runtime and the encapsulation key must be dynamically loaded with the correct access policy before proceeding with a KEM operation.
NOTE: as of now, only the KEM has been implemented (though the PKE from KEM derivation is generic), and tests are yet to be added.
